How long does it take on average for the newly built backlinks to affect rankings in Google My Business/Maps Pack?

I see a fiverr gig offering 3500 map citations for $5, look at Your Access To This Website Has Been Blocked - What is this strategy? Sellers do not seem to know any better either :) What do they exactly do? Does it help ranking? Hurt ranking? No effect? Curious to know..

I have a dental client with 4 offices, and I am wondering if I can use stock photos for "Veneers", "Braces" etc under Products. The other option is to ask the dentist to provide the photos for them, and if I upload those photos for all 4 listings, is there any risk of suspension? Please help.

I have a law firm client who wants me to create individual lawyer listings. But when I created a lawyer listing from the account which also has the main law firm listing, it got marked as Duplicate. What do I do?
