A few months back I tried to correct an error for Google and my client, He was then unverified, of which I cussed Google out so bad it would make a trucker blush. I can not stand Google and think this is all a waste of time. BUT, I need to get my client's GMB Back and yes I was fired, but still...

So it turns out my client never added an address to the listing, so i did just that ( Google Rep Told Me Too ) and now it is unverified. I swear to god I need to start drinking again when dealing with these reps. absolute worst.

I have a client and his gmb opens fine, but when you click maps it goes to a completely different business in another state?

Yes, I have multiple times. I just get frustrated with Google. I see all these spam GMB, and it's not an issue. And my guy, who is a legit guy trying to make it. I always get the runaround. Just frustrating as an agency owner is all.

I have a client who has submitted 6 videos to Google to get verified because he has moved, and they reject it every time. I just think this is nuts, how they always turn down a legit business. and yet the spammers on maps thrive.

Thanks for your help but the damage is done. Lost two clients do too Google and there lack of support. From now on I will advise clients to do there own or go to Apple.

I will be honest Google business profile support has been worthless. They just copy and paste same message over and over. I have NO love for Google support what so ever.

No more ways to verify and both clients just got the post cards?

Just signed two new client and they were getting verified with postcards, and I went to enter the numbers and it said I couldn't for both? What is going on with these folks?

I refuse to even touch any GMB listing right now, just would be nice if they would say hey fix this.

Yup been 6 days and counting. I will never ever help Google again for anything on the web.

I got nothing from nobody and am more than likely going to get fired from my client.

I have not heard a thing from Google.
