I wouldn't call it a anomaly. Do some research. You've got everything you need to make it happen here in this thread. It seems to me like you're just looking for a Do 'this' and get 'this' result type of answer; which is rarely the case for Google.

I didn't realize they were (essentially) forcing SABs to sign up for the HSA program. I suppose we have spammers to blame for this G behavior.

That's the 1st time I've seen the car + key icon. Not sure what that one means, but the other one is for businesses with favorable reviews.
