So for 2 out of those 6 listings, I suggested an edit and it went through (Pretty sure the gmb owner will return the name back to its keyword spammed name). Still descriptors such as dentist/orthodontists are still there. In short Google won't change those as you can see in the gmb support thread.

@JoyHawkins thats really fascinating. Don't you think that if you put in those categories in the business name it's going to give the business an unfair advantage in terms of Local Seo?
