Does anyone know why Google sometimes lists the county instead of the city on the GMB listing. Or where they pull that information from.
Here is the section of the GMB I refer to though it says the city in this case. One client is showing the county instead, but has an address listed in the city.

Does this indicate that ranking on GMB will require a monthly subscription in the near future? Or is this just people reaching for predictions?
Someone in charge of GMB is no longer with our company. They claimed to have submitted a reinstatement request for our listing... but that was months ago. Using the email that manages the listing, I have seen nothing from Google regarding our listing. The status still says "Suspended for quality...
One of our listings was suspended after publishing a GMB post about COVID-19. But I didn't suspect that as the cause. But it seems like yours were not suspended, but just dropped in ranking. That would be even more odd.
Has anyone else noticed increased suspensions? I wonder if Google found a way to more quickly process reported listings or if this is some kind of algorithmic sweep. I have now seen multiple listings suspended (not lawyers).
