Don't know if company submitted for GMB reinstatement

Someone in charge of GMB is no longer with our company. They claimed to have submitted a reinstatement request for our listing... but that was months ago. Using the email that manages the listing, I have seen nothing from Google regarding our listing. The status still says "Suspended for quality issues." I have heard there is a risk to resubmitting your listing and that you are moved to the back of the line. Can anyone confirm this is true?

Hi @JMathematical I would contact GMB support via this form - Sign in - Google Accounts

If the reinstatement form was submitted they should be able to tell. Since it has been so long I suspect you will need to submit a new reinstatement request.
