It prevents me from adding anyone to the group, cant invite a user to then agency account itself because the emails are not being sent.

What steps can be taken when an unclaimed GBP is all accurate but you can't claim it because the phone number is no longer accessible. I have used the suggest an edit option several times and it doesnt get approved. The profile has the correct name, address, reviews, etc.

They fixed it as of friday/into Sat.
