When Booking clicks (Free Booking Links) first appeared in the GBP Insights dashboard for hotels, we could see the data in the dashboard, but it was empty/0 when we exported the data. After a while, the data starting appearing in the download file. However, Booking Clicks is still not available...
I've seen this "new" layout for at least one year for hotels: .

For sure it is not new in Europe, the "Places" filter is replacing the Google Maps link (Self-preferencing in DMA terms).
Not sure if this is a test or bug... In Joey's screenshot you can see that there is a Maps filter as well as a Places filter.
Like Jason suggested, if the restaurant is open to the public and not only caters to guests of the hotel, you should aim to have a GBP profile for each business. Does the restaurant have a different name to the hotel?

The large majority of the reported reviews, once Support responded, was relatively fast. However, a small fraction of the fake reviews reported remains visible and its really hard work to get them to delete it completely.
