I was looking up one of our client sites and this is the layout - is this new/test?

When logged in to the dashboard, I don't get the GBP on the front end either:

Google has been testing the top layout for some time, an example for hotels:

Funny enough, for the business you shared I get this:

@Lluc

From the UK when I search for the golf club I get the new layout.

But Iberostar has the old style layout.

Which suggests they could be doing some AB split testing.

As I commented previously, the top one seems to appearing for GBPs that google classify within the tourism/attraction sphere. This include actual business attractions (i.e. zoos, museums, large urban parks as well as national ones, aquariums, the Space Needle and CN tower...) but virtually any landmarks can qualify (the Chrysler building does, for example). I once saw a weird hybrid one with only the pill menu, but not the tiles.

I find it unpredictable what actually qualifies outside of the categorically included, though. Yankee stadium and Madison Square Garden have them, but neither Stade de France nor Place des Arts or Centre Bell... Interestingly, not a single provincial park from Quebec is included with the sole exception of Anticosti, a weird choice if there ever was one...
