Is this a new layout?

I was looking up one of our client sites and this is the layout - is this new/test?

When logged in to the dashboard, I don't get the GBP on the front end either:

The bottom image is a bug on Google's end. They are investigating it.

For the top layout, I have seen that for a while but not for every type of business.

Google has been testing the top layout for some time, an example for hotels:

Funny enough, for the business you shared I get this:

From the UK when I search for the golf club I get the new layout.

But Iberostar has the old style layout.

Which suggests they could be doing some AB split testing.
