So we got the email that our access got changed to owner but the access in the dashboard is not changing so we can't do anything. There must be a bug or something
Hi, I'm actually going through the same issue with one of our clients as well. We made sure that there were no restrictions on the account. Next step we are taking is literally just removing and adding the user back to see if that fixed anything. If that doesn't work, might have to go to google...
If you look at the utm codes on these book now links there is a rwg token which means that they're using some form of third party integration with reserve with google.

Hi, we have a client with an old location that had multiple locations but we marked one as closed . However, people are starting to think that they are just not open anymore. What are people's thoughts on intentionally getting the listing suspended so it doesnt show on search anymore?

Has anyone seen the side panel go missing when looking at a profile in the dashboard? We’ve been seeing it a lot where instead of the side panel there’s blank space.
It's not every client but it's been more and more. Photos attached same account one has no panel and one does.

I sent in a support ticket and was told is "the result of a technical issue. Our engineers are working on the issue but they don’t have an estimate for when they'll resolve it."
