Has anyone seen the side panel go missing when looking at a profile in the dashboard? We’ve been seeing it a lot where instead of the side panel there’s blank space. It's not every client but it's been more and more. Photos attached same account one has no panel and one does. Thanks!

I sent in a support ticket and was told is "the result of a technical issue. Our engineers are working on the issue but they don’t have an estimate for when they'll resolve it."

It helps that we have the edge on # of reviews compared to the other roofers in the building. Maybe see if they have a home and convert to SAB?

Hi, it turns out our client has their own yext that we were unaware of that was synced to their GBP.. That will do it for sure. Thank you for your time and looking into this!

I have already responded and the listing has been reinstated and suspended since then. I've also went to google support on reddit and twitter where they told me they already responded and I have posted in the GBP Help Forum
