Hi, I saw the sterling sky article on how to move SAB businesses but when I try to submit a ticket I get redirected to the verification page and it says my listing is verified and I can't submit an actual support ticket. It's an endless loop. I already have a new SAB GBP set up just have to move it. When I suggest a move from the front end too I can't because both GBPs have addresses hidden.
This got escalated in the help forum and google responded saying
"As we have checked both profiles are service types and they don't have any address attached to it. Please note that usually merging processes will keep the older profile and transfer the data of the newer profile to the old one."
Is this what I want to happen? I want the data from the old location but want it ranking from the new locations verified address
