Has anyone managing the API managed to access profiles in the panel?

Hi I don't currently see such an option in the "new" panel. But maybe that's for the best, as they clearly forgot about accounts managing a larger pool of profiles. I'd wait until they fix this issue and I don't think I'd even try to create such an account now.

We haven't just lost profiles in the agency dashboard, but it's completely empty. There are no profiles there. I hope this is a bug in the implementation; I can't believe agency accounts would be treated this way.

Have you started a thread on the Google forum? If not - do it. I am collecting reports to forward to the Google team.

You can also get a "perm ban" for posting. Especially in risky categories where there have been violations before.

No. I don't know where this assumption comes from. I simply use this plugin like many people dealing with business profiles. I wrote above what I noticed and everyone notices, that the plugin can have its problems and the panel does not always load.
