No. I don't know where this assumption comes from. I simply use this plugin like many people dealing with business profiles. I wrote above what I noticed and everyone notices, that the plugin can have its problems and the panel does not always load.

Unfortunately, the plugin has its problems from time to time and this panel does not appear. All this is available in the free version. Usually after a few days or weeks it returns.

Thanks @Stefan Somborac for this test. I'm curious about other people/locations. As I wrote earlier and this theory may be true, making the Chat feature available in profile editing in a given region does not go hand in hand with making it available to users in the same region.

I also have the same problem. Regardless of whether I am viewing profiles located in the EU or the USA (which have Whatapp set). As a user, I don't see these options.

I also see and receive signals from several businesses that have lost reviews that their number is slowly coming back.

From what I remember, the feedback counter can take up to 72 hours to update. It's best to wait until it's fully fixed and the counters update.

My team and I use Localo to monitor reviews and deleted reviews. At this point, it shows me deleted reviews that were posted even 7 years ago. But most of the last 24 hours. For now, we are not appealing and we are waiting for official announcements.

I think a lot of people are waiting for Google :) I'd like to hear what others think about it.
