Nope, we can't. See my original post.
I'm really stumped on what to do here. And the Google Local specialists I've spoken with don't have much more advice to offer.
Thanks! The issue with that, though, is that I only have five remaining locations left to claim.
I've talked to Google and they say to leave the listings in the dashboard and add ALL of them to my bulk upload spreadsheet and that they would make it work on their end. However, I did not speak...
What if the listings are already in the Google Dashboard?
I have a client with 25 locations - 5 of which we have been having problems verifying with postcard verification. I contacted Google to see if they would help me manually verify the remaining locations and they instructed me to use...
Thanks Linda! I did this for one of my client's over a month ago and the dashboard still hasn't changed. This could be because I don't have access to the client's email though. I wonder if they send you an "opt-in" type of email before you get the upgrade?
Just now saw this! Thanks for the update. Looks like poking the listings is working for most situations. Glad there's an easy solution for one of the bugs out there! ;)

Has anyone noticed that their listings...
Just to follow up on this thread, I found 2 Adwords express ads that weren't created by us which leads me to believe that there is another Gmail account out there that owns the listings.
Linda, I completely understand if you don't have the bandwidth to help out. These two problem listings have just gotten more confusing...
#1: now the listing on the dashboard is in review along with one of their other listings. So now 2 out of their 3 listings are in review. Could this be...
Sorry, Linda. By manual verification, I mean we clicked on the help button, clicked verification issues, clicked "I tried PIN verification...", "status is needs actions" and gave the listing title and address for someone at Google to verify the listing for us (we call it manual verification in...
It would be a ton of links unfortunately since a lot of our clients were affected. I don't think this would be a good means for doing so. Any suggestions on how else you would want me to notify you of the affected listings?
Thanks for the help (and the increase in anxiety)! Can't wait for that training!
We're wondering though... how could this have happened with a listing that Google manually verified for us??
Here's a new issue for you!
2 different listings, same/similar problem. After verifying/editing the listing, Google created a duplicate of the listing! BUT it's not showing as a duplicate in our dashboard (I'm still only seeing the 1 verified listing). We've found the issue by doing a simple...
Still seeing issues across the board with the analytics almost zeroed out. Something interesting that hasn't been discussed yet is I am now seeing actions increasing even though impressions have fallen.
