I came across three GBP that use the same address and phone number. One is the business and 2 are individual practitioners. I thought you couldn't create multiple GBP on the same address and phone number? I realize that you can have multiple businesses at the same address but can't understand...

Thank Jason for chiming in. Now I have to go back to my admin and see if what he told me about the Gen AI description changing was true. Just to confirm when the GBP Gen AI description is used by Google you are locked out of ever changing it to something else?

I am still hoping it is a bug because I just changed another GBP Gen AI description amd it starting showing the next day. Have you seen this @JoyHawkins

A GBP had a Gen AI description so I added our own updated the profile but after a week it hasn't updated. I went back into the GBP and the description we created still shows in the GBP back-end but not on the live listing. Am I missing a step or is this some kind of bug?

@keyserholiday thanks for replying! Rereading your comments I am not sure where I go after adding the email to GA4 & GSC to request ownership form Google for the two GBP? Do you have a link to that request form/page?

A new client has two GBP but they don't know or can't remember who (more importantly what G Account) created them. After many weeks they have no more info. It was unclear checking the G docs what if any process is in place to handle this. Hoping there is something, not even sure if you can...
