How to combat GBP name spam from a large company

There is a large mental health practice that spams the GBP name for better coverage on maps. The name should be "LifeStance Health" but they keyword stuff it to "LifeStance Therapists & Psychiatrists Chicago" for all their Chicago GBP listings.

This causes problems for my client so I suggested a GBP name edit which was accepted and they changed it right back. They do this same spam in tons of cites because they are nation wide.

Since the "suggest an edit" doesn't stick do you think submitting a redressal form would have any better luck.

I went thru the blog https://www.sterlingsky.ca/blog/ and couldn't find anything so hopefully you may of written on another site about this.

Thanks for any thoughts people have. I hate thinking that we have no avenue of reporting against these big players. But it won't surprise me if that is the case.

It is typically a waste of time. They likely have a DBA which satisfies Google's requirements if everything else about the business is within the guidelines.

Thanks for the reality check. I didn't think there would be a silver bullet but at least I know I have done everything I could do with this.
