Taking a large company local with 65 locations, GMBs for each.

I'm dialoging with VP at a large company with 65 locations about helping them rank in all their small markets for tool and sector supply niche as well as optimize GMBs for locations. Is there anyone here experienced in this sort of thing I could engage with on strategy? Thanks.

Across Canada. He said he likes the idea and is going to get back to me next week, once that happens I will PM you and we'll figure out a strategy session. I did some preliminary checking, it's a blend of no GMB, incomplete GMB, or well done GMB from location to location. Each store sort of manages their own but it would be a good time to centralize that. They have good budgets, we'll see how this goes. Will definitely PM you though if it moves to next step.
