Hi everyone,

We’re a digital marketing agency that primarily works with local businesses in the home service industry. Until now, all our clients have been single-location businesses, and we’ve developed fixed plans and pricing packages that work well for those scenarios.

Lately, we’ve started attracting more leads with multiple business locations, and we’re running into some uncertainty about how to price these engagements. Since our packages are designed for single-location clients, we’re unsure whether we should offer a discounted rate per location, create custom quotes, or stick with our current per-location pricing model.

For those of you who regularly work with multi-location businesses:
  • How do you typically structure your pricing?
  • Do you offer volume discounts as the number of locations increases?
  • What’s a reasonable price range per location for local SEO?
We’d love to hear how others approach this and what’s worked well for you.

Thanks in advance!

Sterling Sky does a price per location model, with a discount per additional location. Sometimes we do deeper discounts if there are a ton of locations.

We do it similarly. Price per location, with high cost for a single location businesses, and then charging less when agencies/clients bring in more locations. It usually does not matter much (in terms of costs for onboarding, invoicing and account management) if a customer manages 60 locations or 3. Staffles are on our website if you are curious, but this is for software only ($50 for single location, $6.50 if you have 100). I guess you are talking about a total package. We let anyone decide what they want to add on top of software in terms of service hours (and price per hiour).
