Before contacting support to merge the listings, did you move the location of the "old" listing to the new location too, so that both listings where in the same location?

I guess I am going to have to eventually see if I am able to merge the listings.... but absolutely no guarantees to the client.

Just tried profiles outside Malta and non-EU.
They appear the same for me, that is, maps not clickable and with the new massive reviews display format...
