I have seen them add and remove them tottally randomly. One week a listing has 3 different data pulls, other week 1. I've tried schema, "same as", connecting them all over the web via company prolfiles on the site etc etc. My conclusion it's set to random lol.
They guy who won, Kyle Roof, is an absolute monster. I've been studying him for a long time, he's gonna be speaking again in Vegas at Seo RockStars this year too!
Dont know if there is a difference, but his site, was, and still is in lipsum ipsum, not Latin.
Even though goog said he was...
Just got off the phone and heard " to help you rank outside your current business location make sure and not only add the city you want to rank in but also the "areas."
I was surprised but even some neighborhoods show up, so even though they are covered in the whole city, go ahead and add and...
Just got off the phone, these people crack me up. He said the fact it is still saying "located in Paradise" is 100% algorhythmic ( i think I just made that word up. )
The business was set to Las Vegas and Henderson NV, since "paradise" is between them that is another reason it will pick it up...
Listen to all the Yoda's on this thread lol
I will add when doing random searches I've seen Goog say something like " this business has a review that mentions (searched for kw)"
So if you search:
Best Vegan Pizza Miami
It might say next to a GMB listing " someone mentions Vegan Pizza Miami in a...
I love you guys.. and gals!
To clarify just before I switched it I did search for carpet cleaning Paradise and it did rank number 1. But for ccLasVegas it was still lost in outer space.
Also I exagerated a bit, it was actual 1 year and 3 months.
Its one of those things that was right in front...
ok we got trigger happy and moved this to a true Las Vegas location, got it verified via snail mail pin. And now its updated the address but still showing "a company located in Paradise Nevada."
Does that usually take some time to update or is there some glitch?
Most of the "cool kids" are definitely doing it.
Odly I tried for a year to take some down even with other top contributors and got no where. But ever since this new update about 50% of suggested edits are going live instantly. So im thinking there was some update to fight spam recently too...
So does this mean:
Goog DOESN"T add or remove weight/relevance for correct or incorrect Addresses for SAB's, it only cares about Name and Phone number?
Y'all some smart folks!
OK so... to flip the coin if I've got a SAB with a brick and mortar but in the wrong "city," should clicking the "clear address"
make it so the address isn't shown and just make it show up in the "service area's"
As right now the full address is showing on maps
lol your killing me..
ya for this set up it was made when it was cool to be near the "town center" as I thought of Las Vegas ( near the strip ) and the address is showing for the old skool thinking of having an actual office address added weight to ranking.
I could care less if the address is...
Thanks Joy! Got that listing removed instantly weeee!!
I dont understand how you found it though as it didn't have an address listed?
Great read.... so even though the business has a Las Vegas city address, because its in the nieghborhood of "paradise" its no good?
So... we need to:
