That's a good question. I don't know as I have experienced that. There's an API ping of some sort that updates daily for new reviews but dunno in your scenario. I'll log in and have a look tomorrow which plugin it is.

Interesting that both are related to photographers. We have zero family and friends leave us reviews, never thought of it till now.

the only update I have is that the review count keeps dropping. Sydney AU geo.

We use a free WP plugin to display review on the website and that holds all reviews indefinitely (since 2017). We've lost a handful of hard won reviews (spam ones are still live lol) but at least have them captured in the back end for the appeals process.

Good case study. Did more clicks equal more leads & sales? Reason I ask (bedsides the obvious one) is that we have pricing pages that gets lots of clicks. But as info pages, they don't drive more leads or sales (that we know off). Our commercial sales pages do, without prices.

Now that's interesting. Last century I had a florist shop above a busy railway station, all local foot traffic sales. No internet, websites and ranking jungle to foraged through. Good for you supporting your local neighbourhood store. I bet it means a lot to them.

Cool. I haven't seen too many times when a Federal Court passes this type of judgement. Misrepresenting the star ratings can get expensive. And if I understood it correctly the other business had local area pages when they didn't have an actual business there. And were an overseas supplier...

Good description. We're purely B2B we don't get as many as consumer focused businesses. So it does suck. Not sure if it is worthwhile seeking out support to look into it.
