Thanks but in this case, the business name is not generic. It's the reps actual first and last name + business name + position.

Hi there. I'm trying to figure out why some of my clients' GBP profiles are not appearing for their GBP brand name on Google. Even if I search for their full address (listed on their GBP), they don't appear in search or in Google Maps. They will only appear if I paste in their full brand name...
