Who goes up when you go down? Google has been rolling out changes the last months.

Editing for record should someone else run into this. We just asked the Google Ambassador to get the Google Support team involved and they did. ---- I cannot seem to get any help outside of "Google Ambassadors" who are very hit/miss - any way to expedite to the actual Google team? Thanks!

All apps and connections were disconnected already. Can Google support just go in an remove it entirely, or must we continue to look for the source?

We disconnected Shopify from the GBP, also removed any associated links to Merchant Center, but the link still appears. Also tried removal via a suggested edit. It leads to a dead page, since the Shopify store is no longer running. Any suggestions? Primary category is music store - but there...

Not sure that is strong enough. Otherwise, it would be easy to spam reviews with similar language and then have the listing taken down - all by the same people :-)

So how is that ad being placed and why is it under "Deals" on our listing when in fact it is for a school unrelated to ours?

We are seeing an ad from Groupon in the deal section on mobile devices, however, the ad is from another school (with a similar name). How can we get the it removed from our listing? It is extremely deceptive.

Business at same domain but with unique google business profiles. Each profile has its own dedicated location page / silo as it is a franchise business. We are struggling to push upwards on all of them (great pop in March, but gone in April). Competitor ranks one GBP across all three cities...

I foresee sites blocking their bot access in the near future as well :-P
