I had the same problem. The duplicate profile didn't merge, was marked as "permanently closed" and came up in the results instead of the open location profile associated with the account. It only got resolved by calling support. RH

Just a note to anyone with locations in the ATM category in Canada. It is no longer available (at least in bulk upload). It looks like it was replaced by "Bank or ATM" Hopefully, this will spare anyone from hunting this down.
