We have a client that manages a bunch of physician practices. (They buy them, then manage them ... you know the drill. Gone are the days of a doctor practicing in his house with a shingle outside! :) )
There seems to be a trend that people will not only leave a negative review at the local...
I guess the thinking is that Google thinks the provider owns the reviews, so it would be bad to delete the profile entirely, or even hold on to it.
I guess it, like everything, is a case by case basis.
Does this thinking change if you are dealing with a provider such as a doctor or lawyer? We deal with a lot of doctors and our going thought has always been wipe as much as possible from the profile and then remove from the profile.
Already back with an issue.
I tried to appeal and it said:
Error accessing the workflow. Please escalate the issue.
Uh, try again tomorrow? Or does that one mean something else?
Stay tuned! :)
That particular review said a doctor client of mine "was a high value female whole has the whole package" ... be interesting to see if they remove.
Hey ... it's working for me now, too! This is literally the first time I have ever seen it!
QUESTION:
I have a review I submitted there on 9-5-25 that still says decision pending. Should I resubmit it at this point? Can you "appeal" it if no decision has been made?
I have tried incognito on multiple days, and keep getting this error when I select the business in question. Any thoughts on next steps?
