THis morning we have two separate client GBP dashboards and no matter what listing we click on they say this .They ARE standing verified listings, been verified and do appear online but all listings are coming up with this on them. Anyone else seeing this?
So if they provide the state of Ohio document with the correct name BUT a different address you are saying they will take that as long as we supplement it with a lease and or utility bill with the secondary locations name and address on it? I swear I have tried that before for another client...

The phone number that is there is nothing related to the business. The client reached out and was like what is this number?? Its a completely different area code. I went in and tried editing the number in the GBP rofile to the real number rather than tracking and still this same number shows up...
Client of ours was going to do their GBP verification and reached out the phone number was wrong. USUALLY this is because we use a tracking number and they get confused

We are not. We used our login for GBP that we use for client. THey synched their listings to Bing Places on their account then gave us access to their listings
