Hey @CarrieHill Is there any data if just GETTING negative reviews hurts ranking?

Hi all Our client is using tracking numbers for GBP---would it benefit them at all to put the real number as a secondary number? I really never knew what the purpose of a secondary number was since they dont appear anywhere.

@ElizabethRule What about using AI images on a post? Friend had a client do that then listing got suspended. They think maybe bc they used an AI image on the gbp post

Hi everyone THe information below in green--where does it come from? Its not in our Services on the GBP and we are pretty sure this isnt on our website either. Is this something that support can edit?

How many locations do you have? Also I have a big concern of something getting suspended. Do they alert you for those type of issues ?

How do they charge you? BY location? And how much? I have been asked to look into it but so far not impressed when first thing they mentioned was geo tagging photos . LOL

IN past 24 hours we had two separate clients have something happen with their GBP when apparently it was unlinked at some point. We got notifications that the listings now were showing as duplicates. So the owners gave us access back but now all of the photos and posts are gone. More here from...

Thanks for the info! I now see it from this here where their pin is vs where HUntington Station is outlined on the map They may be so close to the border of Huntington vs Huntington Station thats prob the issue

Hi all What exactly is this referred to in yellow below in GBP support terms? This is thaty info that is under the GBP name in Google Search. This client is NOT in HUntington Station which is a completely different zip code. Double checked the zips against USPS and their zip is not included...

As Jannell stated make sure they dont have something like a Yext, Rep.com etc linked! I have seen this happen before and USUALLY its bc the client has some sort of listing management API linked and they may or may not know about it.
