Q&A Section in Dashboard

I have seen this in some dashboards but not all. If you are answering these, does this actually do anything or appear anywhere? I know the old Q&A's are gone but is this in replace of it?

The best advice for SEO is to make sure your GBP is filled out completely, whether the information shows up on the GBP or not. Google changes what they show, even from search to search, it seems somewhat frequently. I would recommend adding 3 whether they are shown in search results or not.
