Business Panel not showing when looking in dashboard

Has anyone seen the side panel go missing when looking at a profile in the dashboard? We’ve been seeing it a lot where instead of the side panel there’s blank space.
It's not every client but it's been more and more. Photos attached same account one has no panel and one does.

its a bug of google. so you don't need to worry about it.

Simply search the business name in quotes — like 'BUSINESS NAME' — and the NMX with the Knowledge Panel should show up just fine.
