I think we tried that and got the "user hasn't had access for 7 days blah blah" message. When you're managing a bunch of clients, or managing a bunch of clients while also training your replacement and learning a new role, this is really really inconvenient to have to work through at scale
Anyone else having this problem? Both outgoing, when we are adding clients to their GBP, and incoming, when new clients are adding us to their GBP, we are all unable to select "Owner" access level when sending invites. It only lets you pick the "Manager" access level. This just started happening...
What about outside of the QRG? Have you seen any data backed arguments for or against including agency branding on websites? I tried to look around for some the other day but came up empty.
So, I'm reading the QRG again (no skimming this time) and something stuck out to me. There's a section about identifying who the site owners are AND who the content creators are. In fact, it's the first thing raters are instructed to do. Do we think then, that hiding your agency info in the...
Interesting development over here. For a while there, the "add photo" workaround wasn't working very often, then it started to work more frequently. Today, I've been greeted by a new configuration. It seems like they've realized users like the old photo interface on GBP manager much better than...
This is true. But ultimately, that entrance attribute is the one powering the filter, so the ability to control the WA entrance attribute is the most important one. Plus, if people can't enter the business, the other two don't really matter. Restaurants and entertainment venues are going to care...
Actually, the attribute very much still exists, but now you have no control over it. The new feature Google rolled out is a filter built around it. That feature is live for me right now on my mobile. So now you won't be able to easily see if Google has applied that attribute to a business you're...
Oh thank God, I'm not crazy and it's not just me. You're all missing "wheelchair accessible entrance", which used to be there, and is the attribute that corresponds to the new filter to be able to search for businesses with wheelchair accessible entrances in Maps.
Bump. Also, we care for two reasons: accessibility, and Google enabled the new feature to filter maps results by whether a GBP has a wheelchair accessible entrance or not. ~13.7% of Americans have a mobility impairment of some kind. Many of them could make use of the filter, so it could have a...
While it is a co-working space, it also offers "bespoke branding" read: signage. It also mentions private offices. As long as you kept a permanent office there, staffed during business hours, and paid the likely fee for signage, you'd be well within Google's TOS. But they'd almost definitely...
Whoa, I think we got our wires crossed lol. I said virtual offices are a no go. You have to meet all the requirements in regards to physical space and staffing but signage isn't one of them though, with SABs
