I discussed the matter with the business owner and inquired about the legal documents that may be required in the event of an appeal with Google. Unfortunately, the business does not possess legal documents that exactly match the name currently being used on the GBP.

Google is also giving me an option to appeal against this rejection. So, should I file an appeal?
