I'm wondering if anyone knows or has seen this before? A sponsored ad is linking to a landing page showing info from a Google Business Profile. See screenshots below:

It looks like a Google created landing page but I'm curious as to how the advertiser would do that?
Synthetic grass pros is the company, and "synthetic grass pros dallas" was the search I performed.
The footer thing is not part of the screenshot, but options on the forum post. If you hover over the links, you'll see it coming from this forum.
I have a client that installs turf in Texas and saw this "Disadvantages" section appear in their Google business profile. Last time I did a branded search for them was a month ago and I didn't see this at all. Does anyone know what this is / where it's pulling from? Any help appreciated!
I ran into the same situation for one of my restaurant clients and flagged it for review, using conflict of interest for the reason. Even with additional information, and supporting screenshots, Google found the review legit and dismissed the dispute.
