Does Google Use A SAB's Mobile Phone Location/s As A Signal?

It didn't use to be like that, but exact match use to be "Exact" too. Local is totally different I agree. I just thought I would throw that out there because it's true.

Does Google Use A SAB's Mobile Phone Location/s As A Signal?

It's not hard to believe. Google Ads works like that. When you have a perimeter set up around a certain area, they now show your ads to people who have recently been in your perimeter even though they don't live there.

    Website Pages Indexed in Google

Make an optimized video for the page, and upload it to your YT channel. Put a link to the page in the description. (First Sentence ), and place the video into an optimized playlist. Finally, embed the video on your site page and share the link to your playlist, on the page, under the embedded...

    GMB Shortname - naming conventions

Joshua (My Favorite Advisor), Are Keywords Dead? Will they ever be? They bring relevance. They allow algorithms to notify Google what your business is about. If you think for one moment that your g.page/keyword will not be considered regarding authority, I respectfully say, "You're Wrong!"...

    GMB Shortname - naming conventions

I work quite a bit with Google Adwords (Ads) They have what is called a display URL, which is an artificial URL made to increase CTR. In The display URL, we use dashes to separate words. We use CTA's like "/Open-Now/". It is a visual thing. These short GMB's are totally different. You...

    GMB Shortname - naming conventions

Ben & Joy, I totally respect you both, and I daily read your postings with anticipation of learning some breaking news. However. I am going to respectfully disagree with you on this topic. You both received access to short URL's before others. You both chose keywords that were both short and...

    GMB Shortname - naming conventions

Google is an algorithm. If someone is looking for a divorce lawyer in New York, and your (Google Name) Gmap URL is @divorcelawyerNY they might lean a little towards, "You must be looking for this business." Other factors come into play, but if all else is equal, than exact match will win...

    GMB Shortname - naming conventions

I would highly recommend your top keyword phrase. Shorter is better. Geo is good too. Don't use dashes, Never.... It needs to be a name you could advertise on the radio and people would remember it . They would also be able to relate it to your product or service. Do some keyword research...

Calling All Power People in this Group... (You'll Know First)

I started this thread because I would like to find out immediately when someone in this group hears about; Local GMB "SHORT URL's opening, and or when they will be available. (Day & Time) This is extremely important. It should be a gold rush, and I, for one, would like to jump on some...

    GMB Q and A's

I totally agree with Colan. Google loves FAQ's. They are extremely important to the future of voice search. Use keywords in your questions and answers because, if done correctly, they can rank highly in search results. You can use sights like "answer the public" to get ideas of questions...
