We have a client who recently moved to a nearby city within the same state (under 20 miles away). We had talked about a plan to update their info in stages to help GBP, but they got excited and went straight in to make edits to the address.
Now the GBP is still active and acting like a verified...
You know more than most ... so if you don't know, then I don't feel like an idiot for not knowing!
Turns out, once we got him into Incognito it worked fine. (I suspect there may have been a permissions issue on his phone as well, but can't confirm.)

The client is in a saturated area, moving from the sticks into one of the SAB metros. I think we'll go ahead with the address change.
So if they can see the address in the backend, and the address needs to be updated, but we can't see the address to change it ... what's the best course of action?

It's very rare for me to work with a strictly SAB client. Almost always brick-n-mortar retail or professional office. So this is new territory anyway, and NMX is adding to the unknown.
