At a minimum, it is a problem to say "we couldn't reach these companies" because the customer may assume they will not be able to either.

We tested removing our menu but it made no difference. And several sources say the AI can successfully navigate a menu in any case. I do have everything turned on, yes.

The fix for this one was fairly straightforward at the time, do not try to fix it with the email you use for your GBP, have someone else do it from a different unconnected email.

Ok, weird. was just a thought. a couple years ago there was a black hat thing where people where "suggesting changes" that moved the address (not SAB) to another location or even another state! And it was working! Thought that might be something like your situation but it doesn't look like it.

what is your GBP to look over? And when you click on the map within your profile, does it show a red outline showing the correct service area?

I can't imagine how. I ended up signing up for Google Merchant Center, which populated with my products, and then toggled off "show in ads", and the next day my products were visible on my GBP. No connection to Shopify. My images look stretched though, I had used square images and now it seems...

I did. Ultimately I created a Merchant Center account, which then showed all my products on that dashboard. I then toggled off "show on google ads", and after a while my products appeared again on my GBP. My images are distorted though, I may need to reformat them. I did nothing with Shopify...

How did you troubleshoot this? I am absolutely clueless about how something I don't control can be linked to my GBP. I don't have incorrect information appearing, there are no products appearing on my GMB at all. Previously I had about 40.

Was this resolved? I am facing this issue as of yesterday. Cannot access products via GBP, we have no shopify account, no google merchant center account. Not for a client, for our own business.

If you want us to suggest the edit, I think we need the GBP. We can't see where the pin is now.

Thanks for the reply. I can't figure out why Google would consider this a good experience for a user. There are a lot of plumbers in Silver Spring to choose from.
