Yes they are pretty awful for data aggregators. I have several that in the 12 month service, they actually never got updated correctly. I'd follow up and follow up and they could never get them right. Support is nice enough, but I don't need nice, I just need it to work.

So there are a few competitors, and one in particular that is spamming their GBP listing, and I can't get the name to update. I have a level Local Guide 7 account, and the suggested edits never are approved, and are denied within minutes.

First Name, Last Name, Degree
It doesn't make sense to do:
Dr. First Name, Last Name, Degree as it is redundant.
If it is a GBP listing for example we will typically do:
Practice Name: First Name, Last Name, Degree
I agree with Conor or the most part. It can be somewhat market/industry dependent, so how I'd determine the most important ones, is by doing a google search for some of my money keywords, and seeing which of the sites on your list show up first, and I'd go from there.
