Competitor Spamming Name in GBP

So there are a few competitors, and one in particular that is spamming their GBP listing, and I can't get the name to update. I have a level Local Guide 7 account, and the suggested edits never are approved, and are denied within minutes.

Here's how their listing looks:

Money Keyword/City - Practioner Name, DMD

I've tried to correct it to
Practioner Name, DMD

and no luck.

Several other examples in the area of a ton of spam going on, and no matter if I use the form to report it or suggest an edit in maps, it never gets updated.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like you have used the redressal form? If yes, your only recourse is to go to the GBP Community Forum and ask a PE to escalate it.

Yep, sorry I wasn't clear, that's what I meant when I said 'form'.

As for being a Level 7, that's probably no where near as important as having a history of accepted updates. Try submitting a bunch of easy corrections to build up your Maps cred. Sometimes that will increase your odds of success.

Thanks. Not sure what history of updates would be, but I do have dozens if not more over the years that have been accepted. I'll just keep at it. Thanks

Yeah, that many accepted edits could be good, but only Google knows how many is really good enough. And I think having too many rejected edits could also be negative compensation.
