GBP Suspended and First Appeal Denied

Initial issue was, duplicate 2nd profile unverified, and keyword stuffing of city added to GBP biz name.

Currently client has a 2nd Unverified GBP, which I think was problematic, prior to the suspension.

client was given the first appeal button, and then denied.

Client will reapply with a 2nd appeal, with documentation, however, what documentation is priority? High Domain Authorities required, such as YP and BBB?

We're hoping to get this right the 2nd time around...not hopeful.

Should we instead verify the 2nd GBP and then try our hand at the suspended original GBP?

There's no guarantee the first profile will be reinstated...

Duplicate listings are a major violation of Google TOS. Your original GBP will never get reinstated if you do not delete it! You need to:
- Delete the duplicate listing (the new one, not the old suspended one with the reviews and age)
- Review the main GBP and address any violations
- Gather all documents to provide that this is a legitimate business (make sure the NAP is consistent everywhere)
- If a storefront business, add some images, even a video if possible.
- Put all these docs into a public G drive
- And then do the second appeal, explaining briefly what you think was causing the issue, how you addressed it and where to find the docs proving the business is legit.
