Help! We have a local carpet cleaning service in Las Vegas. Our gmb has been active over 7 years and we’ve always ranked between at least 1 and 6 on maps. Now I can’t find our business anywhere.. NaturalDry Carpet Cleaning when typed into search shows the gmb listing but now under any keywords...

Seeing numbers like I did back in Nov. One client at top 3 for many keywords dropped 25-30 spots a few hours ago. New gmbs with no reviews in top 3 now. Anyone else seeing movement?

We are at approx. 3 weeks now of this update and still waiting. 2 local service business clients maps are going crazy. The top report is from 11/28 and bottom result is from today, 11/29. Loosing and gaining over 100 spots over night every few days doesn't make sense.

All of this is exactly still happening on our end also. One day massive gains, next day massive drop.

I should note, I wasn't sure geomapy was 100% accurate so I did a test today. I am also located in Las Vegas so drove around to 15 different zip codes clearing history and putting on precise location and all rankings were what the report was showing.

Recovery finally happening. Look at this change in ranking from running yesterday to today. 40+ spot difference, looks like this update is "repairing" itself now.

What does un-filtering the results mean when you move the map over a pixel? Our one page is still on page 5 of maps dropping from page 1. When I move the map (as described in the above) on desktop it pops the listing back to page 1 where we've been for about a year and half.

Hello, This has happened to one of the sites we manage as well. Over night drop from maps page 1 to page 5. Gmb accounts are ranking above it now with no reviews, no posts, photos, links, no acitiivty at all. Is there anyway to rectify this?
