Ah managed to get to this which you describe and can save it like that - wow, this wasn't easy though. Why on earth Google haven't just added a download button on the images like they do in Google Photos is a bit daft. Thanks.

I've always found tweeting on Twitter with the link gets the page indexed in Google very quickly (usually within the hour). FWIW (I would imagine that would have something to do with the popularity of your Twitter account though - in the sense that I doubt an account with a handful of followers...
We're seeing the same issue for one of our clients as well.
I mean, the review is only about a month old but it was a poor and unjustified review, we responded for our client within a week of it being left and it wasn't marked as new and has since had several more reviews left after it and now...
Our client receives the occasional fake review (it's just a poor rating, no actual review text is left) yet there is no history of this customer having ever placed an order or booked an appointment or anything.
I just reported it as spam and GMB instantly reviewed it and stated it did not...
