Does the $600 Ad Credit Expire or Require Spending within 60 Days?

Is it just me or does anyone else find the $600 ad credit misleading?

Point #5 says ad accounts must accrue (or spend) $600 within 60 days.

But point #7 says it expires in 60 days.

Which is it?!

Yes, I find most communications emanating from the Empire misleading.

I read it as both - spend $600 within 60 days to receive the $600 ad credit. So activate the promo, confirm its present on the account, spend $600 within 60 days, get the $600 credit applied.
