We have requested the postcard again on their behalf but haven't had any luck.

Should we request a new postcard after hiding the address?

How should we approach this with Google support?

If you (or they) have waited more than 14 days for the postcard to arrive, then you or they should request another.

We repeatedly had issues and came to the conclusion that they would silently not send postcards requested by users they did not trust. e.g. A user could create about 3 listings and get postcards, any more and the postcards never came. Solution was to create the listings from new users each time.

Just buy a "ready made" GMB online & change the business name (& other details).
