Encouraging Reviewer to WRITE, not just click on stars

Not long ago I remember reading a really great article on ways to encourage online reviewers to write review text, not just click on a number of stars. The article had a lot of great suggested text for encouraging reviews to write relevant and keyword-rich textual comments in their reviews.

I can't find that article anywhere.

Can anyone remember that article and share a URL for it here?
