So I know Google got rid of Call History on Jul 31 (their little tracking feature where you could listen to calls, view some basic metrics on answered and missed, etc). But after a few days, the ability to see just the number of calls made to the listing came back. However, I've checked several listings today and they all essentially look like this. 0 calls tracked after Oct 11th. Every account I've checked looks like this. All different businesses, all over the country. Anybody else notice this or know what's going on?

The stats are usually 3 days behind for all metrics in the Performance data. If I check any today. for example, they all show data up to October 13.

I've NEVER seen that. But even if that is true, every time I've checked a profile or our separate reporting dashboard I would have noticed the apparent drop like I did today. (Pictured below) And I never have.

Also, your dashboard might be showing you 3 days of lag, but why would mine show more than that? I'm telling you we have over 100 listings and every single one has mysteriously cut out. Some exactly at the 11th, some even earlier than that.

@rachmach is it just the calls section you see no data for, or does the same issue happen on each performance metric?

For one particular profile, the calls drop at Oct 9, Bookings show up to today, Directions drop at the 10th, website clicks, the 13th. Checked another and it's the same distribution. There's one profile where calls haven't tracked since the 7th, Bookings today, directions on the 8th, website clicks on the 10th.

I've just been doing this for years at this point and have never seen this so It shocked me.
