I run a mobile locksmith business in Pennsylvania. My Local Services Ad was serving normally through August 28, but the report for August 29–September 15 shows zero impressions, zero leads, and zero spend.
The LSA dashboard shows the ad as on and the account as “Verified / Live” with verification 100% complete. At the same time, it displays “Finish requirements — Your ad won’t appear.” Google Ads Policy Manager shows no policy issues, and I found no failed payment. My Google Business Profile is verified and publicly visible.
I also noticed that the LSA profile-linking card displayed my business as “Closed” during business hours, while the public Business Profile displayed “Open.” I don’t know whether that discrepancy affects ad serving.
Google support has an open technical escalation but has not identified the cause. Has anyone encountered this combination of a Verified/Live status, a “Finish requirements” warning, and exactly zero impressions? What specific status or serving checks should I ask the LSA technical team to perform? I’m trying to avoid changing verification or linked-profile settings while they investigate.
