Hello, My client has a shop of a spa parlour. he verified his business using email verification but the verification process hasn`t finished yet. its now more than 3 weeks. what should I do? can anyone help me?
 
Reach out to support and ask them to look into it, they can likely fix this. I think there is a slight delay with verification these days, I have seen this happen with 2 clients in the last few weeks.

those 2 clients of yours. how did they verified their business after? Did they wait for verification? what was the process?
