Google Displaying 24/7 Hours Incorrectly as 11:59 PM - 12:00 AM?

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with my Google Business Profile, and I'm hoping someone here might have insight or a solution. I manage multiple towing business profiles, all of which operate 24/7 (yes, the office and phones are manned, and full services are provided round the clock). However, Google has recently overwritten the "Open 24 Hours" setting and is now displaying their hours as 11:59 PM - 12:00 AM — essentially showing that the businesses are only open for one minute each day.

This is causing significant confusion for customers, as they believe we're closed most of the time. I've already verified that the hours are set correctly in the back end as "Open 24 Hours" for every day of the week, but the issue persists.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

1. Confirmed the hours in the GBP dashboard.
2. Submitted feedback via the "Send Feedback" option.
3. Reached out to Google Support (still waiting for a resolution).
4. Added a note to the business description to clarify our true operating hours.

Still, the same profile are overwritten with 11:59 PM - 12:00 AM.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a known fix or workaround?

I would check to see how the hours are listed on your website - especially your footer and contact page. Also check your schema. It's possible Google can't read it or understand it correctly.
