I've posted this in the support forum but never received any feedback, hoping might get some answers here:
I'm in Jacksonville, FL, and when I search for "Suddath Moving & Storage" or similar terms on Google Maps, the map listing TITLE incorrectly shows "Suddath Relocation Systems of Oregon, LLC."
There are local Suddath branches here in Jacksonville, and this Oregon title is confusing.
How do we get Google to correct this? The branch info is correct and shows up correctly in Jacksonville, it's just the Oregon Places title is incorrect.
First question is: what is that highlighted/title section called or referred to as in the Google search ecosystem?
Second question: where is Google pulling that from? There is an Oregon LLC for Suddath, but that is based in Portland, literally across the country — Jacksonville is Suddath's HQ and does not make sense that it would say Oregon except that some data sources are being mixed up/cross-referenced.
Final question: how do we get this corrected? Unlike with the actual GBP locations, there is no suggest an edit option. When you click the three dots all you get is info about the search results and the ability to do an advanced search
Any help is greatly appreciated!
