Local Services Ads Account suspended for 30 days

Two of the accounts we managed were suspended for these two reasons.

We already submitted the appeal.

Has anyone been in this situation before?

Do you know if we need to wait the 30 days or if by making the appeal it could be less?

I've never seen either of those 2 account violations. I can only assume that if you provided valid enough proof that the accounts were either wrongly flagged, or you have since corrected the violations in question, that they could lift the suspension early. But, all guesswork from me.

I also wonder why suspension for those 2 reasons would only be for a fixed time period, but again, I remain zero help.

If Google thinks one is lead gen and the other is a duplicate, why limit them for 30 days and not suspend them?
