Multiple GBP accounts using the same website

Quick Question everyone. I apologize if its already been asked.

I am setting up a service business (plumbing, electrician and hvac) with 4 actual physical locations that will each show services as plumbing, electrical and hvac. They will all also be using the same Website url.

My question is, what if i wanted to go further and create multiple locations for just a single service? which would either be plumbing, electrical or hvac. Would i still be okay using the same Website url ? or would i need a different website for each GBP account??

Example:

GBP Account 1 - 4 locations / GBP Name - Power House Construction / powerhouse.com
GBP Account 2 - 2 locations / GBP Name - Power House Construction - Electrical / powerhouse.com/electrical
GBP Account 3 - 2 locations / GBP Name - Power House Construction - Plumbing / powerhouse.com/plumbing
GBP Account 4 - 2 locations / GBP Name - Power House Construction - Hvac / powerhouse.com/hvac

Example 2:

GBP Account 1 / 1 location / Discount Water Heaters - North OKC
GBP Account 2 / 1 location / Discount Water Heaters - South OKC
GBP Account 3 / 1 location / Discount Water Heaters - Norman

would the same domain work for each account or would google flag it? discountwaterheaters.co

This is fairly common. In and of itself it does not make the GBPS illegitimate, though it is a fairly common hint that they might be skirting the rules if they're not actual franchises or sufficiently distinct departments.
