I’m facing an issue with a client’s Google Business Profile.
The profile was created by an external service provider who is now refusing to transfer ownership to the client.
We were able to work on the profile for some time, but now it’s been under verification for 10 days.
This situation is causing major inconvenience for my client, as their business remains invisible on Google.
On my side, I’m listed as an administrator, but I’m blocked when trying to appeal directly to Google.
To make matters worse, there’s a restaurant with a very similar name located at 3 Rue de Chez Nous, which might cause additional confusion for users.
I’m looking for advice on how to recover ownership of the profile and speed up the verification process.
